Is Bill Donohue kidding me right now?!

Screen Shot 2012-02-22 At 6.47.22 Pm-1 Bill Donohue, a man whose national profile has been largely built around his aggressive campaigns against LGBT rights, seriously just wrote this line:

"To engage in bigotry is always wrong, but it is particularly despicable when it is done under the guise of protecting children."

Really, Bill? You, someone who has long been entrenched in the "stop gays so we can protect children world," are seriously saying this? I mean, REALLY??!!

What next, bud—gonna criticize those ornately dressed party hosts who are too ceremonial with the wafer crackers they serve alongside sips of wine?
