Uganda Parliament passes its chilling anti-homosexuality bill

The Uganda Parliament just passed the Anti-Homosexuality Bill, 2009, which allows for life imprisonment of people convicted of "homosexual acts."

Dr. Frank Mugisha, who has been at the forefront on the right side of the fight, sums it up:
