Video: David Boies presses Berkeley Law grads to conquer 'last official bastion of actual discrimination by govt. against citizens'

David Boies, the legal eagle who has certainly earned a key place in our history books and who continues to fight the good fight against discrimination, gave a passionate speech to Berkeley Law's commencement. The whole speech is worth a look, but I've cued it to an especially pertinent point:
