NOM's Plante owns it: NOM trying to 'turn the clock back on marriage'

by Jeremy Hooper

Promoting the upcoming March For Marriage to the American Family Association's extremely anti-gay audience, National Organization For Marriage spokesman Chris Plante says the following about NOM's goal:

On the highlighted part, I am in complete agreement with Plante's assessment of the goal. NOM does, in fact, want the clocks to run backwards. NOM's goal is to take us back, nor forward. NOM wants to dismantle progress because NOM liked the world where certain kinds of Americans were less free, accepted, and included.

The rest of us are quite find of clocks that run, well—clockwise.
