Judge: Kentucky can keep marriage queer-free

    Kentucky's gay marriage-banning amendment, which was passed by voters last fall, was declared valid by a judge on Thursday. The ruling also forces Kentucky to change its state motto from "United We Stand, Divided We Fall," to "United We Ban, Things We Don't Understand"
