'Ex-gays' celebrate 30 years of bullsh*t
The week of July 18, Exodus International (who bill themselves as the world's largest "ex-gay ministry") will be commemorating 30 years of masking raging homophobia behind a veil of false compassion, when they gather for their annual "Freedom Conference" in Asheville, North Carolina.
The 30th is traditionally the "pearl anniversary," though we hear that the crew will spend the entire week trying to convince the pearl that with a lot of faith and just a little bit of brainwashing, it too can become a morally superior diamond worthy of life, love, and happiness.
