Nearly 2,500 queer couples have tied the Belgian knot
According to the Interior Ministry of Belgium, 2,442 homo couples have gotten hitched in the nation since 'mo marriage was legalized in 2003.
Interestingly, in that same period of Belgian time, heterosexual marriage has not been destroyed, life has not crept to an apocalyptic halt, and the sanctity of everyone's everything is just as intact as it was in 2002. This would give further proof to our theory that those who like to foreshadow such things for gay-accepting nations are really f***ing stupid.
