'Ex-gay' and wife to take red-hot chemistry to Conservative radio

by Jeremy Hooper

One-time out of the closet homo and current out and proud anti-'mo, Stephen Bennett, has announced that he and his very understanding wife Irene will soon begin hosting a daily radio program entitled "Straight Talk Radio." Debuting on the appropriately spooky day of October 31, the half-hour program is described as "one of the very first – if not the first – daily, national Conservative Christian radio programs to deal exclusively with the number one, most controversial issue facing our culture today - homosexuality." Of course by "dealing with," they mean demonizing, and by "the first," they mean the latest in a countless line of Conservative Christian programs that spend more time discussing queers than do executives at the Bravo network -- but they do seem to have gotten the "daily" part right.

At this point, we would normally make some sort of reference to the (likely) fact that Stephen (probably) still likes penis, as the changing of one's sexuality is an (absolutely) absurd notion that is used as a (F'ed up) strategy by some Conservative Christians to justify their (raging) distaste for homosexuals through a (damaging) campaign of false compassion. However, considering that this promo for the show is one of the most unintentionally hilarious things we have ever heard, we will instead command you to click the aforementioned link and absorb the comedy of the Bennetts' own design. Enjoy, my pets.
