Florida Dem Governor wannabes support gay equality, oppose gay chupahs
Last night at the Dolphin Democratic Club in Fort Lauderdale, FL, the state's two Democratic gubernatorial candidates, Jim Davis and Rod Smith, both told the crowd that they are against a constitutional ban on queer nuptials, support gay adoptions, and support legal benefits for gay partners -- but are against gay marriage.
The sentiment is totally ironic, as we are against anyone using the constitution to classify them as second rate, think their kids are fantastic, and love that their wives get to be on their healthcare plans -- but think their weddings were tawdry snoozefests with sh*tty food.
