Lesbian pastor officially defrocked; likely to now be chilly
Upholding their ban on "self-avowed, practicing homosexual" clergy, the United Methodist Church has voted to formally defrock openly gay pastor Beth Stroud (pic.).
Though don't despair fellow queers, as it appears that self-loathing homosexuals who don't rehearse their gayness are still eligible.
