Schwarzenegger schedules Schlessinger to schpeak at schymposium
In a move that's sure to ruffle more than a few of California gays' already Scwarzenegger-tousled feathers, the Governator and first lady Shriver have announced that they will be featuring the notoriously anti-gay Dr. Laura Schlessinger (pic.) at the upcoming Governor and First Lady's Conference on Women and Families. Now to be fair, other speakers scheduled to appear at the soiree include the very gay-friendly Linda Ellerbee, Tom Brokaw, and Jane Fonda, though you know what they say: one bad apple can kiss my ass. Or something like that.
No word as to what sort of speech Ms. Schlessighner is scheduled to schill at the schindig, though it's a pretty safe bet that the "women and families" to which she will be directing her message are not likely to have an HRC sticker proudly adorning the bumper of their Subaru.
