Strip club owner challenging FL county's pride ban; two drink minimum
In a lawsuit filed Tuesday, a local strip club owner is claiming that Hillsborough County, Florida's recently enacted ban on recognition of gay pride events violates his First Amendment Right to "receive information at local libraries." The man, Joe Redner (pic.), says the county commissioners selectively targeted one group in their action, and is asking the court to declare the policy unconstiutional.
If the legal route doesn't work, we hear that Redner we'll next try actually going to the county commission meetings, where he'll scream "TAKE IT OFF, TAKE IT ALL OFF...YEA, JUST LIKE THAT, NICE AND SLOW, YOU BAD COUNTY OFFICIAL,YOU...OH YEA, THAT'S GOOD...," and throw dollar bills at the commissioners until they repeal the discriminatory policy.
Best of luck, Joe!
