Report: M. Ciccone to reinvent gay TV
It is being reported that Madonna's Maverick company is developing a gay soap opera for the Logo network, in which all of the characters will live in the same apartment complex. The show may sound similar to Showtime's late "Queer As Folk," though don't be confused -- where that particular show was originally the brainchild of British producers, this new drama is merely the construct of one who likes to talk like she is.
The show is potentially titled "San Rafael," though we'd like to also recommend "Madge's Super Fun Homo Hour;" "Not The Next Best Thing, and THANK GOD;" or "If this record tanks, I'll be joining the cast as a feisty super faster than you can say Farrah flip" as other possibilities.
