NC Baptists move to replace gay-accepting churches with gay-excepting churches
Delegates at the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina's annual meeting in Winston-Salem, have voted in favor of asking their board to "develop and implement" a policy to define what constitutes a Convention-friendly church, with a specific point made that the policy "must deal clearly with homosexual behavior and include that a church which knowingly affirms, approves or endorses homosexual behavior is a church not in friendly cooperation with the Convention."
Following the vote, we hear the delegates then all sang a nice round of that popular old spiritual, "Get Your Jesus Fix Somewhere Else, 'Mo," before adjourning to the "Break Bread With My Brother, Unless He Loves Another" lunch, where they dined on hypocrite burgers and "queers are gonna fry"s.
Meanwhile, NC's gay Baptists continue to ponder exactly why their love for Steve and Pam lessens their love for Jesus.
