Report: Mass. gay marriage opponent no longer gonna oppose it
One of Massachusetts's most outspoken opponents of same-sex marriage, state representative Eugene O'Flaherty (pic.), tells New England's Bay Windows newspaper that he is no longer backing an amendment to ban queer nuptials in the Bay State. O'Flaherty tells the gay-centric paper that many factors, including a desire to focus on more important issues and his attendance of political activist Ken Stone's gay wedding last year, influenced his change of heart.
Upon hearing this, we commanded Ken Stone to get married 2,750 more times this year, each go around inviting another of the nation's 'mo rights foes to witness the non-world-wrecking soiree.
