Report: Ruling on Beaver State ban to be issued today
According to local media reports, a ruling on the constitutionality of Oregon's 'mo marriage ban is expected to be issued this afternoon. At that time, Circuit Court Judge Joseph Guimond will either uphold the stinky piece of voter-approved poo, or he will side with gay rights fighters who say the queer nups-barring bullsh*t is flawed.
Either way, same-sex matrimony will still be disallowed in the Beaver State, though a favorable ruling would make it just a little less off limits. In this political climate, my friends, that's what we call a victory.
