Another day, another school from which Soulforce is banned

by Jeremy Hooper

Apparently inspired by decision of Jerry Falwell's Liberty University's to have 20+ of the members arrested last Friday, the folks at Pat Robertson's Regent University have announced that they will have gay activists with the Soulforce Equality Ride cited for trespassing if they step on the campus during their scheduled visit today.

No word if Random Anti-Gay Activist's Immoral Heathen, U. will have the Riders arrested when they visit that fictional campus, though since the school is merely a construct we designed to highlight that just about every member of the religious right who speaks out against gay issues seems to have a college, and those colleges all seem to find gays less than desirable, we seriously doubt the Riders will even visit the fake school.

Good luck at Regent, Soulforce. Oh, and remember: If they arrest you, they're only condemning the trespass, not the trespasser.
