Legal union of Ray and Dan Ville-Mond unsupported in two NH towns
In non-binding resolutions, residents in Danville and Raymond, New Hampshire last night voted against questions asking whether they favor laws supporting same-sex marriage and civil unions. According to The Eagle-Tribune, the Danville votes came down 280-643 against marriage and 416-505 against civil unions; in Raymond, the margins were 516-1241 against 'mo nuptials and 674-1086 against the unions that are civil.
Upon hearing the results, we issued a non-binding resolution suggesting that those residents voting against the concepts now live in the state of New? Really? Ya Sure About that? Not Antiquated? You're Sticking with New? Hampshire.
