Westboro unwilling to allow 'mo protestations to land 'em in the pokey
In response to various legislatures' attempts to ban their protests at soldiers' funerals, the "fag hating" folks from Westboro Baptist say they will abide by the state-level laws enacted to curb their favorite past time, and will instead wait to challenge the legalities of the measures in court.
Meaning, of course, that those who are on the edge of their seats waiting to hear how God feels about prison food, various wardens' futures in Hell, and how the gays are responsible for the sub-par state of America's penal system (tee hee..system), will just have to make their own educated guesses.
It remains to be seen if the Phelpseseseses will be successful in having the laws banning their activities ruled unconstitutional in court; that, of course, very much depends on whether or not 'speech' is deemed 'free' enough to be uttered by even those who would appear to be ethically bankrupt.
