Boards of bill criticize Bill for backing a bill

by Jeremy Hooper

Soulforce, a group designed to end religious-based discrimination of gays and lesbians, is placing sixteen billboards in and around Senator Bill Frist's hometown of Nashville, on which they will criticize the Senate Majority Leader's discriminatory push for a Federal Marriage Amendment. Consequently, we hear Frist will now encourage his constituents to drive with their eyes closed.

The billboards picture Soulforce Executive Director Jeff Lutes with his partner and their son, and feature an equality-encouraging quote from the late Coretta Scott King. They do not, however, feature anti-gay slurs -- let's keep it that way, NashVegas.
