Anti-discrimination measure defeated in South Bend; we tore our pants in a similar position
In a 5-4 decision, the City Council of South Bend, IN, has defeated a measure that was designed to protect the LGBT community from discrimination.
True to proper form, we hear the Council of Bend defeated the measure with their knees, not with their backs.
