Hey, who's blaming gays for Isreali crisis today?

by Jeremy Hooper

   Following up on yesterday's ultra-offensive chat with Rabbi Yehuda Levin, in which numerous suggestions were made that God is punishing Israel for allowing a gay pride parade, the Concerned Women For America's Robert Knight and Martha Kleder today converse with Don Feder (pic.) of Jews Against Anti-Christian Defamation. First lowlight from the conversation:

FEDER: ...For sodomites to be demonstrating in Jerusalem is a desecration of the Holy City, the holiest place on Earth. And God takes cognizance of these things.

KNIGHT: I would have to agree, Don. I think that's why the homosexual activists have chosen Jerusalem specifically to spit in the face of God before all the world and say, 'You no longer rule in our lives, you no longer have the authority to tell us that some forms of sex are wrong or that marriage should be the result for people and the way we should channel our sexuality...

Because in case you didn't know, to be gay is to be God-less. It's actually stipulated in the "homosexual agenda" playbook that we're all bestowed on the second we first look at someone of the opposite sex and say, "Yea, that's doing nothing for me." These ultra-conservatives have a monopoly on the man upstairs, and there is nothing we can do about it. One simply must be as teeming with moral superiority as they if they wish to pray. And if you don't believe that they're so righteous, just look at this next portion of their conversation, wherein they show just how truly Godly they are by saying this about the planned pride parade:

FEDER: You know frankly, I think they should have it in Gaza [loud, prolonged laughter]

KNIGHT: Ohhh...[laughter] Oh, well I think they'd get an interesting reception in Gaza.

FEDER: [laughter continues] A little humor.

KNIGHT: You have to have humor in the face of this...

Oh, isn't that funny? I mean, I don't know about you, but nothing tickles my feathers more than an implication that a group of people should hold an event in an area embroiled in widespread violence. After all, wishing that your opposition would have an increased threat of bodily harm is comedic gold, not to mention thoroughly Biblical. In fact, isn't that mentioned in Leviticus somewhere?

::Prolonged sigh::

As always, you can listen to the whole of the chat at the link below. Also as always, this writer must go wash his soul of the vitriol it just encountered; should you choose to listen, I encourage you to do the same.
