Well, at least they've demonstrated an ability to judge

by Jeremy Hooper

In a 2-1 decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit ruled yesterday that Southern Illinois University cannot enforce its anti-discrimination policy in terms of sexual orientation on the school's Christian Legal Society. This means that the Christian group is free to bar gay students and their outspoken allies from joining their organization.

Hmm...does anyone have any idea why gay bias continues to be propagated, generation after generation? Seriously -- we're like totally stumped!

The Christian Legal Society does, however, indicate they'll admit gays who don't have sexual relations or those who once did but now do not. So in short -- homo___uals are welcome. Though in fairness, heterosexuals who have sex outside of marriage are also prohibited. So it's a little unclear if married, monogamous, sexually active gays would be allowed; however, considering it's the Christian Legal Society, we'd imagine that making sure that possibility remains a pipe dream is the group's hottest topic.
