We knew the Santorum shocker was too tolerant to last

by Jeremy Hooper

Just a week after it was announced that Rick Santorum had signed a letter declaring that "the sexual orientation and gender identity and expression of an individual is not a consideration in the hiring, promoting or terminating of an employee in my office," the Senator has issued another statement rescinding his support.  Santorum says in his new correspondence with the Gender Public Advocacy Coalition:

"To be clear, my office has not adopted the proposed 'diversity statement' nor the agenda of your organization...My name should no longer be reported as having adopted the 'diversity statement.'"

And in compliance with Mr. Santorum's wishes, we will now go back to talking about how he once linked homosexuality with adultery, bigamy, and "man on dog" sex.
