Sea Scouts want to ban gays and not pay; SCOTUS not hearing any of it

by Jeremy Hooper

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal from the Berkeley Sea Scouts (a Boy Scouts group), who were attempting to overturn a ruling that allows the city of Berkeley to deny them free berthing in the local marina because of their support for national Scout policies barring atheists and gays.

Because as everyone knows, the gay Darwinist child would sink the boat faster than you can say "self-replicating molecules!"

Due to their bans, the aqua-focused Scouts now have to pay for marina usage, an expense they were seeking to have eliminated by this SCOTUS appeal. We'll have to wait and see if the Scouts will ever just, oh, i don't know -- do what's right and END THEIR DISCRIMINATORY BANS! Sadly, however, we fear that won't happen until "Hell-thawing" becomes a new and necessary merit badge.
