Logo gets on board with 'Curl Girls'

by Jeremy Hooper

Curl GirlsThe Logo network yesterday announced the greenlight an summer 2007 premiere of "Curl Girls," a six-part reality series that will, according to a Logo press release, follow "six lesbian friends in Los Angeles through a summer of competition in friendship, romance, fashion and, most important, surfing."

Not to be outdone, we hear the "ex-gay" movement will concurrently run their own series, "Flat Iron Conservatives," a six-part show wherein the "gays can change"-touting set will attempt to straighten the curls of the girls who like girls.

Both worthy shows.

Though don't fear, surfy Sapphic sisters. After all, while "fake straight" tends to only last until the client gets their head back in order, everyone knows that your curls are perm!
