Gramley threatens to 'out' proudly 'out' groups

by Jeremy Hooper

Good As You Images Good As You Images Diane-1Pennsylvania activist Diane Gramley, who was in the "pro-family" news this week for lashing out against GLSEN (The Gay, Lesbian, & Straight Education Network), has revealed that her antipathy for gay-accepting school programs won't stop at mere verbal condemnation. From Agape Press:

One of the AFA of PA's projects for this year will be "to contact all 501 school districts in Pennsylvania to alert them to GLSEN's and PFLAG's agenda," Gramley notes. She says her group will provide these districts with information about these groups' sexual indoctrination efforts and will also warn district officials "of the possible legal ramifications if students were to become involved in the homosexual lifestyle in direct response to the school's pushing of this agenda."

Wow, she's gonna call all of the schools and warn them that groups with the words "gay" and "lesbian" in their title are seeking a world free from gay bias, where gay kids can be who they truly are!? What a whistleblower she is! What next, Diane -- warning teachers of the Chess Club's "pro-checkmate" agenda?

But mockery of your time-wasting endeavor aside, what are the "possible legal ramifications if students were to become involved in the homosexual lifestyle in direct response to the school's pushing of this agenda" of which you speak, Ms. Gramley? Do you seriously think that "My school's crippling embrace of tolerance made me a 'mo!" will hold up in any court? Have you "pro-family" types seriously started believe your own duplicitous press so fully that you actually think we gays learn our leanings in high school? Hell, most of us stuck with our natural desires DESPITE high school! Ms. Gramley, be careful in writing morality checks that your extremism can't cash!

Gramley goes on tell Agape:

"Whether we have students in the school district or not, we still pay our school taxes, and in Pennsylvania, that's a big chunk of taxes," she observes, "and we need to be aware of what our tax dollars are being used for."

Oh, you mean non-religious based programs that encourage acceptance of all of your community's citizens? Well frankly, Ms. Gramley, have at it in telling all of your area's separated-from-the-church public institutions might be using tax dollars to fund tolerance. In fact, we'll help you:

"HEY EVERYBODY -- AS THE YEARS GO BY AND FOLKS START CATCHING ON TO HOW UNFAIRLY, UNJUSTLY, AND CRUELLY GAY FOLKS HAVE BEEN TREATED THROUGHOUT HISTORY, MANY COMMUNITIES ARE STARTING TO TAKE A STAND TO STEM THE TIDE OF DISCRIMINATION! YA SEE, THESE ARE NOT RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS, WHERE POLICY BASED ON MORAL JUDGEMENT IS AN ACCEPTABLE CONCEPT, BUT RATHER PUBLIC, GOVERNMENT-FUNDED SCHOOLS, WHERE EACH AND EVERY CHILD DESERVES RESPECT, NON-HARASSMENT, AND ACCEPTANCE! IF WE ARE NOT SUPPORTING THIS CONCEPT (ESPECIALLY IF WE ARE USING RELIGIOUS CONVICTION TO JUSTIFY OUR ABSTENTION), THEN WE ARE NOT SUPPORTING A FAIR AND JUST AMERICA. IF YOU WON'T TO PROTEST IT, THEN PROTEST IT. BUT WE WILL MAKE NO APOLOGY FOR UNWAVERINGLY SUPPORTING THE USE OF TAX MONEY TO HELP ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS AVOID OPPRESSION!!!"
