Nassau Co. Conservative Campaign Committee officially uninvited to our future nuptials
So how is Republican state senate candidate Maureen O'Connell trying to win today's special election in Long Island, NY? Well, by attacking gay marriage, natch:
The above is a flier sent out by the Nassau County Conservative Campaign Committee, which was sent to us by the Empire State Pride Agenda. And this strategy comes despite the fact that polling in the 7th State Senate District (where the election is taking place) indicates a vast amount of support for same-sex marriage and little opposition.
::sigh:: And here we thought political football season was over for awhile!
So here's the deal, voters in northwestern Nassau county: It is IMPERATIVE that you get to the polls today and vote for Craig Johnson! We cannot allow someone like Ms. O'Connell to bring more gay antipathy to our great state! The temperatures may be frigid outside, but they are far warmer than cold, heartless "get-out-the-vote" strategies that so offensively target our lives and loves! Please find your polling place and choose Johnson!!

Your thoughts
OK my thoughts on this is.... First we should torch the the anit-gay fliers and burn them. Secondly despite the weather you must vote vote vote. And third steal O'Connel and get some electric nipple clamps and shock some sense into her. Albeit may seem cruel and a little insensitive but come on. It's just a shocking experience much like her shockingly lame idea to attack gay marriage. I label her offensive and repulsive, and it's easy to see she has no gay friends. Someone dub that woman their fag hag and slap some sense into her. Not to mention report her to the fashion police cuz her style of thinking and dressing are out this season.
