IA: 'Smear the queer' to become more punishable schoolyard game

Iowa Flag[1]Iowa Gov. Chet Culver yesterday signed into law legislation that will help protect the state's students from bullying, with specific emphasis given to bias based on gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity (among other categories).

To commemorate the occasion, local bully Bubba Asskick only the stole lunch money from caucasian heterosexual boys who are apathetic about religion.
