Did they not feel racist user was worth MassResisting?
**So we have an addendum to our response to Peter Labarbera and Stephen Bennett, and we think this merits more than just an update at the end of the post. Just a warning: If you haven't read the initial post or don't know the situation with the bastardization of YouTube clips/ racist YouTuber/ use of the word "faggot," then this might not make any sense to you. **
We forgot to mention in our earlier post that Peter LaBarbera had instructed users to head over to the website of MassResistance (an anti-gay group in Massachusetts), where they could view the exact same bastardized clips that had been yanked from YouTube. But here's the thing: You can't download clips from YouTube. In order to post them to your own site in the way that MassResistance has, you have to somehow get and upload the original files. So wait -- how did MassResistance get the videos?! Did they write the racist, anti-Semitic YouTuber and get them from him directly? DId they seriously reach out to such a person, or is it something more benign?!?
We've written MassResistance to find out more; we'll keep you posted.
Homosexuals brainwashing our children in elementary schools [MassResistance]
Earlier post: If they want to keep this alive, we'll keep playing along! [G-A-Y]
**UPDATE: This was just sent in by Tiny Queer Footballs' Daimeon Pilcher:
Jeremy,
Careful there, there are actually many programs/utilities out there available for free or for pay that can download or "extract" videos from YouTube, XTube, Google Video, GodTube, and pretty much anything that uses Flash to display videos.
Regards,
Daimeon
Can anyone decipher how they were uploaded by looking at the page source? Far too tech for me! If so, please let us know by email or the comments section.
Your thoughts
There are ways to download YouTube videos (although I've not tried any of them). A search for "youtube download" reveals a number of solutions.

Actually you can download clips from You Tube and other video sites through various methods. Firefox has an extension called Video Downloader in which you can save the file to your hard drive with an .flv extension. OR you can just go to your Internet History in Internet Explorer, right click on the file and save it to your computer. All you then need is an flv player (such as flv Player of VLC player to view them.

Has anyone told LeBarbera and Camenker that the "elementary school" that was being "brainwashed" was not a public school?
Cambridge Friends School is actually a private school run by Quakers (the Society of Friends is their real name). The parents of these children make the decision (and generally pay for the privelege) of sending their children there to receive an education based on the RELIGIOUS principles of the Quakers - one of which is acceptance of gay people as part of the human family.
What they are saying is that the Quakers are brainwashing children with religious messages. Do they really want to make the suggestion that religion is brainwashing?

The website with the program to download videos from the various site he mention, you tube and more, is http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php. It seems to be the most common. Usually you would just past the URL provided by sites like you tube for the video but when they don't, like on mass resistant, then the video downloader site also provide an extension that you can add to fire fox where all you have to do is click on a little button that appears in the bottom right hand corner of your browser and a little box should pop up and give you a way of downloading the files. They download as a flash file so you may need a player; they provide one on their site as well.
