Marriage equality line: Spitzer swallows?
Keeping a campaign promise to do his part for matrimonial equality, NY Governor Eliot Spitzer has announced that he'll introduce a bill in the coming weeks that will seek to legalize same-sex marriage in the Empire State.
Fantastic news! Because seriously: Why should Massachusetts have all the open bars, gifts, and honeymoons fun?
Though don't go and book the Waldorf just yet, NY gays: Spitzer's bill is surely going to face a tough uphill battle in Albany, something that the governor and his staff have acknowledged. However, at least this NY politician is willing to try and climb this marriage equality hill, unlike, well...
...Hill.

Your thoughts
I'm already registered to be on the ESPA bus to Albany. Yep, it's gonna be an uphill battle, and it will take more than one session of the legislature to get it through, but we will prevail. Now all I need is someone to marry. Sigh.
