ESPA trucks 'agenda' to Albany
Today is the Empire State Pride Agenda's Equality & Justice Day 2007. Over 1100 people have made the journey to ALbany, where they will lobby their state representatives for several bits of legislation of interest to the LGBT community, including Gov. Spitzer's recently-introduced gay marriage bill.
But you know what? You don't need to hear anymore from us about this. After all, the Pride Agenda has their own blog where they are offering live updates throughout the day:
The Agenda [ESPA]
Whether you're a Manhattanite, upstate New Yorker, or a citizen of another state entirely, this worthy endeavor is worth your attention. Equality has a way of blowing from east to west.
