'That's so gay' gets no pay

A judge has ruled that the California high school student who sued after she was disciplined for saying "that's so gay" is not entitled to any monetary damages.

Down but not deterred, we hear she and her parents are now trying to sell "that's so lesbian" on Ebay.

Your thoughts

The lawsuit was ridiculous, but there's a bit of a double standard involved if the other students weren't disciplined for making fun of her religion first.

Honestly, this is one of those situations where I really have nothing more to add. It's all pretty ridiculous and there is a lot of hearsay.
