Video: Who we'll likely be debating in 2030
The Devil Hates US & Wants to KILL US [YouTube]
Your thoughts
Is this a Westboro kid? Something tells me no, because there was no fag centric rhetoric, but something tells me yes becaus ehe said obey like 90 times, reminicent of Shirley herself.
PS, if "the Devil made me do it" is his best excuse, what is that saying for Ameirca's youth? Not to take responsibility for their actions?
This kid is going to hate the rest of his life. I smell another Ted Haggard in the making--a life lived closeted, hidden, without comfort or support, only to be ousted by those you sought the most approval from by pretending to be "normal". Yay for this poor child, no lincoln logs for him.

I don't have a problem with a child talking or singing about Jesus. When it comes to preaching, however, that's a different matter entirely. This kid looks to be about 5 or 6 and while he certainly is intelligent for his age, he is not fit to be a preacher yet. All he is doing is regurgitating what his parents have taught him without much thought and faith of his own.

This looks like child abuse to me. No normal kid acts like this, and no normal kid would unless they have parents that act like this. This kid will grow up with no friends since he won't be able to think about anything except for what his parents talk about.

Do you think dear old Dad was double fisting the old 12-gauge and the video camera?
Kiddies are so impressionable. It's just sad he's going to be so filled with hate by the time he graduates. He'll go to college, hopefully, so he can get the reality check he'll need by then.

My first thought was that the kid is quite bright for a five year old - very eloquent.
My next thought was a little like Stef's - horror at him using the excuse "The Devil made me do it" - what will he do when he's older, with an iron-clad excuse like that to absolve him of all responsibility?
My third thought was a sort of maternal instinct... I just wish I could have a few days with that little kid to teach him a thing or two about taking responsibility for his own actions. Without the need for an imaginary friend in the sky (or in the earth) to police him.
(apologies to any decent Christians out there who may think I'm mocking their beliefs... My intent is only to mock those who think they couldn't behave if they didn't believe - a very small minority.)
