Nobody wins with Clay on Clay violence
According to the NY Post's Page Six, the "Claymates" who post over at Clay Aiken's official fan club have become so embroiled in a battle over the star's sexuality, that site operators have had to close down the message boards. And no, we're not kidding.
Although if you think that's bad, you should hear about the all-out gang war they once had with the "Fanilows." Oh Mandy, let me tell you -- you could hear the slow, melodic sappy ballad cries from that one for miles and miles! People were aiken achin' all over. Hell, there was even blood and a single gun shot, but just who shot who? If only they'd all been invisible (invisible, invisible), they could've avoided the whole mess!
It remains to be seen if Clay (or Barry, for that matter) will ever put rumors to rest and just definitively reveal the self-truth. Though if only for the sake of the mental health of "No he's not" side of the Claymate war, we can certainly understand why Aiken might be a wee bit reluctant.

Your thoughts
I'm trying to understand this. Are the fans who think he's straight blind and deaf?
