'One News Now's continued anti-'gay' bias

by Jeremy Hooper

Well, the folks at the AFA's One News Now site are continuing to go against the AP stylebook and repurpose the newswire's stories with all of the words "gay" changed to the word "homosexual." Here is their presentation of an AP story regarding the news that New Mexico couples will be able to marry in Mass (complete with AP attribution and logo):

And here's is the AP's actual, "gay"-inclusive version, as printed by the Boston Globe:

You know, One News Now, if you want stories to more readily fit your agenda, you can, in fact, just write them yourselves. You don't have to go and take you animosity out of the AP's "gay"s. While you might be able to get away with such, we know that if we played for the team who appointed themselves to be the world's moral authorities, we wouldn't want to give the world such a clear example of how willing we are to throw out the constraints of truth and ethical practice in order to fit our agenda!

Now if you'll excuse this writer, I must go take "A Pee." That is unless One News Now wants to alter my urinary plans in the same manner that they so unscrupulously alter their phonetic cousin.

Your thoughts

Is it only me who is asking if the AFA's One News Now policy of plagiarizing and altering AP new articles in violation of copyright?

“...citing a 1913 law that bars Massachusetts from marrying couples who would be prevented from marrying in their home states.”

Not to be confused with the 20:13 Old Testament law that bars gay couples from living.

Patrick: Do know that there are several people and groups working on this, and much discussion is taking place. I know it sounds like a straightforward issue, but we have actually come to find that it's more complex than we'd imagined.

I love it when Joseph Farah and his ilk refer to "homosexuals and lesbians." It really shows how profoundly ignorant they are.

Homosexuals have a right to be glad. They are getting what they want - freedom. Freedom to practice any sexually deviant behavior they wish without anyone to judge. When they argue, their retoric is considered informative - when any opposition argues, it's considered hate.
Yes, sodomites, rejoice and be glad, for that day has not come. Until then, give thanks that you can feel as though there is no God to condemn your actions. Elect mayors, and congressmen, and presidents who are sympathetic to your cause. Dance in the streets, and scream and shout that those who try to warn you of the immorality of homosexuality are haters and "evil". Yes, be glad for it is your time to celebrate - it is the day before judgment.
