Semi-victory: Shelved paper returns to select stores shelves
Last month, we told you how the Kroger grocery store chain had yanked gay community paper Out & About from the free newspaper racks in its Nashville area stores. Well, we're now happy to report that the publication has been returned to select Kroger stores, with the company citing a procedural error made by the distribution company as reason why Out & About was ever removed in the first place:

Now on to the next action: Showing Kroger how Betty Crocker and Sara Lee, or Chef Boyardee and Cap'n Crunch, are just as worthy of sharing a bag as are Uncle Ben and Aunt Jemima.
