Logo toots 'Visible' horn

by Jeremy Hooper

Picture 4-73With more than 180,000 users viewing various pieces of footage on their online site, the folks at Logo are declaring Aug. 9's "Visible Vote" presidential forum to have been the "largest LGBT online video event ever."

Knocking down the previous record holder: That other web-streamable LGBT event that must've happened at some point but which, for the life of us, we can't remember ever taking place.

So way to go, Logo! Here's hoping that you, one of the few outlets who possess the finances and channels to distribute LGBT events on a grand scale, can keep finding new and innovative ways to get masses to watch your potentially influential content. First step: Actually broadcasting it!

Jazz: I'm thinking they're differentiating between an "event" and just any old gay clip. Because yes, some YouTube clips have millions upon millions of viewers.
