TVC to followers: Let's 'drag' down ENDA!
As a way to rally their followers into writing their legislator and demanding that they vote against ENDA (The Employment Non-Discrimination Act), those silly Californians at the Traditional Values Coalition are running this ridiculously over the top image:
Yes, because that is exactly what ENDA is all about, right -- throwing out office dress codes so that any employee can show up for any job in costumed, high whore drag? It's not protecting the LGBT community from employment bias; it's about allowing those who perform the theatrical art of female impersonation to share their talents in every board room in the nation.
Ugh. Simply unreal!
However, TVC: Despite this new image and the way you have marginalized and demonized the LGBT community over the years, we have actually gone and done you kids a favor. Since we know you want everyone to see this image, we have taken the liberty of locating the professional photographer who holds the copyright to this and the 20 other photos he has taken of this particular female impersonator, just to let him know that the pic he allowed you guys to use for your rabidly anti-gay political purposes is now up and running. You guys did, of course, secure his permission, right? That would, after all, be the good Christian thing to do.

**UPDATE: Well, what do you know? The photographer of the above image has written us back, and he is not happy about TVC's usage of his pic. He said:
Hi
I am the Photographer that took this picture of Mado Lamotte at her Cabaret Mado in 2006. Anyone using this picture must put my credits.

Your thoughts
That picture of the Drag queen "Mado Lamotte" had been taken by me, at her Cabaret Mado in 2006. No one have the right to use any picture on my websites unless I give him permission after knowing where and what the picture will be used for. My art is not made to be used like that. All my photography and art work are under the laws of Copyright. All rights reserved.
