ESPA all like, 'Rudy? Rudy? Is that you? You seem different!'
Our New York-based buddies at the Empire State Pride Agenda have released a project that they are calling "The Giuliani Files," which chronicles the fair amount of gay-friendliness that Rudolph displayed while mayor of NYC, yet is quickly abandoning during his presidential bid.
