Gay Republicans: No longer the elephant in the room
Contrary to popular belief, the GOP elephant will not dismount any homosexual who tries to board the right-leaning pachyderm's back. There are actually queer conservatives in our ranks, and in a new piece, Reuters profiles that phenomenon. Click below to make sense of it all:

Your thoughts
Gay Republicans are not a phenomenon. We have been around for quite some time now.
What Gay Republicans stand for is low taxes, limited government, strong defense, free markets, personal responsibility, and individual liberty.
This is the backbone of being a true Republican. Because of the rise (hijack) of the Religious Right during the 80's that has change the real purpose the Republican party.
