Starring Peter, Matt, and the lady
So this is kind of silly, but it made us laugh. The Concerned Women For America has posted three video clips from the sparsely populated press conference that Peter LaBarbera held yesterday in DC. One clip features Pete, so they named the file:
Another clip features Matt Barber, so they named the file:
And the last clip features PFOX's Grace Harley, so they of course named the file "gracefolsompc.wmv," right? Well, no:
"Lady"? Geez, Concerned Women -- aren't you at lest "concerned" enough with this "woman" to learn her name?
Again, it's just a silly little thing we stumbled upon. But in a way, it also seems kind of telling.

Your thoughts
Well you can't fault the Concerned Women. They don't actually run across a female Concerned Woman all that often.
And this file name may help them some time in the future when they say, "hey, remember that one time that we had some lady speak on some subject? Wow that was rare! Who was she, anyway?"

matt barber sucks. why did they even hire him?

Alvin: I've always said, and I honestly believe, that Matt Barber could be the liability that will ultimately destroy the rest of CWA's credibility. Yes, we all disagreed with Robert Knight. But there is a certain sense of anger and desperation with Barber that irks me out a little bit. Where I would gladly spend some time discussing issues with Knight and would expect a level of civility and mutual respect, I would not willingly be left alone with Barber.

First as a trans man, Im pissed she claimed to be a trans person. She seems to be bisexual admitting to having relationships w/men & women. This is a topic they never talk about bisexuality!! I then came across this article from Salon.com and realized what a nut job she is- it gave me a good laugh. Also its important to note that Folsom raises a TON of money annually and this year that total was just over $350K
The good reverend tells us the best way to overcome our own homosexuality is to imagine Jesus as a gay man. "The love and the passion that you feel for another of the same sex, try to see Jesus and try to give him that same passion and love and desire," she says. "He can handle it. He takes it, and he will rework it and give you the deepest, greatest love affair." She whispers: "Jesus is a man. What if he were a gay man and he desired you, and he wanted your body totally for himself? Whoa! What if?"

Is this the same woman whom Pete or Matt (can't remember who said it) pathetically and inappropriately tried to play the race card in the question "As an African American, how does it make you feel to see an African American person being led as a pony by her master?"
With that sort of ignorant stupidity she should probably be thankful they didn’t label her video 'blackladyfolsompc.wmv'
