Dennis does the inevitable
Dennis Kucinich, the only remaining candidate who supports full marriage equality for gays (at least openly), has abandoned his presidential dreams:
Kucinich abandons White House bid [AP via Yahoo!]
No word on which candidate those who were intending to vote for Dennis will now back. However, we do plan to call both of them to find out.
***UPDATE: We actually should've said that pro-gay candidate Mike Gravel is still in the race. Sorry, Mikey!
Your thoughts
While Dennis' withdrawal is sad, there is one last candidate supporting full marriage rights: Mike Gravel. Unfortunately, his candidacy is even more of a long shot, but at least he's there.

Edward: You're absolutely right. After the erroneous reports following Iowa that he had dropped, I had forgotten that he's in fact still in. I've added an update.

As one of those 2 who was going to vote for Kucinich (hey I'm in Ohio and we all are a bit nuts) guess I'll back Edwards until he drops out.

I can't count how many times I heard "I really love Kucinich but he doesn't have a chance" - you'd think with so many people loving him that he *would* have a chance.
