Your vagabond shoes longing to stray? Make a brand new start of it in NY
File this one under "Why the hell can we get out of it but not into it?" news: Even though same-sex marriage is still off-limits in the Empire State, New York state Supreme Court Justice Laura Drager has ruled that a Manhattan woman can sue for divorce from the lesbian partner she married in Canada more than four years ago:

The party who is filing for divorce is remaining anonymous for some reason. We, however, have our suspicions that the plaintiff may be this commitment-phobic NY dame:
