Audio: Wanting to schtup a football player vs. choosing to schtup a football team
Apples vs. oranges. Salt vs. pepper. Being of a certain sexual orientation vs. cheating on your spouse with multiple partners.
All of the above concept have concrete and easily recognizable differentiations. However, a man by the name of Earl Hall fails to grasp at least one of the aforementioned distinctions -- and it's not a mix-up of Granny Smiths and Valencias to which we're referring:
(particularly listen between the 5:15 and 6:45 marks)
What's the difference between a straight man wanting to have sex with various women and a gay man who wants to have sex with various men, Mr. Hall? Well, that might be a valid question if it was being used to discuss fidelity or promiscuity. However, it could not be more invalid when talking about heterosexuality vs. homosexuality! For despite the convenient far-right meme that paints all gays as unfaithful, sex-obsessed, diseased perverts, the reality is far less sensational or "special." Boring, even.
In truth, we gays, just like our heterosexual counterparts, are a people with a certain orientation who then make choices about how to conduct ourselves within the confines of our sexual and relationship lives. The failure to understand this similarity, and this propensity to compare homosexuality with promiscuity rather than heterosexuality, is a fundamentally unfair, intellectually offensive line of logic. Please do better next time.

What an asshole. With a face made for radio. Rush and company have proved that any idiot can get on the radio and this self righteous schmuck reinforces it.

These guys can barely string together a coherent sentence, let alone a cogent argument. "Well . . . uh . . . it's wrong 'cause . . . um . . . it's wrong! Okay? I can't have twelve girlfriends . . . um . . . so gay boys can't have boyfriends . . . it's just not fair!"
I think that's why the under 35 crowd isn't as swayed by their nonsensical lunacy. At least the ones who are a little more educated and who are capable of critical thought. As much as we've all been lied to by those in "authority," it's a wonder that any of us trust anything we hear.
