NC: Justice tops bottom-barrel charge
Good news for those who prefer to let decided legal precedent overrule antiquated and offensive notions of sexual immorality: Prosecutors in Wake County, NC. have dropped charges against two gay men who had been charged with "crimes against nature" for having consensual sex:

It remains to be seen if Mother Nature will pursue legal options to try and have the unconstitutional "gays are unnatural" charges reinstated. Though we kind of doubt it, as rumor has it that she's currently on an Olivia Cruise with her partner Mother Earth.

WTF? Can they counter-sue the entire goddamned state for being backwards and wiping their asses with the constitution?
