Stonewall: Now 100% more playable

by Jeremy Hooper

I, Jeremy, have a confession: I am a HUGE geek. Like we're talking mega-wattage geekdom. I may hide it behind a love of fashion, good grooming, and pop culture, but don't you dare be fooled. Inside the heart of this writer is someone who watches video podcasts about video games while reading Wired magazine in my Superman skivvies.

Case in point: Last night at midnight, my partner (who has become geekier through marriage) and I were at our local Gamestop store to purchase the new PS3 Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle at the exact time of its launch. I shit you not. We were marrying ass to Manhattan concrete all in the name of instant video game gratification. My jeans may have been Elie Tahari and my shirt John Varvatos, but my endeavor was that of Bill Gates's more nebbish cousin.

Why do I tell you all this? Well, because this just-announced marriage of video game and gay rights thrills me to no end. Click the pic to learn more about "Stonewall Brawl," releasing on 6/22:

This is fantastic! Is it an old school side-scroller, too? Because that would make my gay gaming dreams come true.

Also, please tell me it's impossible for the gay characters to lose to the cops. I want a challenge, not a bashing.
