If You Take a Stand [FOF]
Your thoughts
In case you were wondering, here's Matthew 5:11
5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
I'd like to do more than persecute Shepard. As I've said before we might have a familial relationship as that is the family name for my mothers side of the family and they originate from the some area.

Wait. So, one guy comes up and wears the other guy's signs, but everybody else still thinks they're retards, and the two guys are still standing in the lobby of the church, but everybody else went away, presumably to have gay sex or maybe it's trivia night...so...how exactly did "truth win" again?

Matthew 5:11: “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.”
They ‘forgot’ to mention that they’re also being “falsely” persecuted as hypocrites.

The Christian agenda doesn't work very well unless their leaders can convince them that they are the underdogs. Even as big a lie as it is, if they can convince the minions that everyone is "out to get them" and raise the paranoia factor then they win. And, even if they lose the war, they still win by coalescing the disparate mass into a single body.
Every time they've lost in the past, they either focused their attention on something else, or continued beating the same dead horse for everything they could (or can) get out of it.
But the only way this "everyone hates me" ploy works is if they can throw up enough subterfuge to decoy the minions away from their active hateful bullying champagnes.

I am the author of a 3-volume religious/fiction novel entitled, "Song of the Storm Winds". I also write religious discourses, which are posted on www.ivan-erickson.com, where you may read and comment. As I love all people of all faiths and ethnicities of whom God loves, I write to inspire people to seek and find the Truth and the Light. My latest discourse posted on my site is entitled, "Discourse on Gay and Lesbian Marriages". A topic of interest on which I have established a premise in this discourse is: "A Plausible Answer for the Inherent Nature of Homosexuality". May God bless each of you and lead you to the Truth and the Light in Jesus Christ.
