ba da ba ba baa... they're still eatin' it
And now, a segment we like to call: "How's that boycott going, AFA?"
Below you will find the stock data from July 7, the day the American Family Association launched their McDonald's boycott, up through yesterday:
As you will see, there is only one day out of the past twelve wherein the company has closed below what it did on the day the boycott began. And most days have been a few points higher.
So take note, gays: It seems the American public likes the new Southern Chicken sandwich more than they dislike us. That's really...something.

Your thoughts
I've been eating at McDonalds on purpose (god save my waistline) since the boycott began. Not a lot, mind you, but a few times. And the chicken biscuit for breakfast isn't that bad--a little dry, but, meh.

And if you sum up the closing prices and take the average, it comes to $59.02,which pretty much it's mode too. In other words, no change.
So the AFA boycott isn't amounting to a hill of beans.

Thanks to you, I got my office going to McDonald's for iced coffee instead of to Starbuck's for frappucinos! Awesome! I'm contributing as much as a vegetarian can. :-)

Well, we all know the opposition by the homosexual lobby to the Boycott.
We also know how well-funded you folks are and supportive of gay causes.
So, is the real source of the 'upsurge' in stocks simply that you gay activists and your supporters are buying them up to encourage McDonald's to stay on your good side...and discourage the opposition?
Your argument has a photoshopped quality to it...
