We think they can't go any lower, and then...
When it comes to their nutty picketing schedule, Westboro Baptist Church apparently takes a "No Child Condemnation Left Behind" approach:
Next on WBC's docket? Well, we expect them to picket the funeral of "the last trace of shame that once resided within their collective bodies," since it has clearly passed away as well.

Could you elaborate on WHY they're protesting it, by chance? Is it just a vague, "God punished this two year old for being born into a country that doesn't kill gay people" or is there a more significant link. I guess I could go read the press release for myself but I won't visit their website myself and it seems nobody else has cracked the story yet.

Even by conservative Christian standards this is yet another example of how WBC is truly a force for evil and NOT the Gospel. From a practial standpoint, these folks are just plain stupid. One of these days this kind of despicable stunt is going to meet a very violent backlash. Such violence may not be commendable but I'm willing to bet that most people would not be wholly unsympathetic to the perpetrator. Sheesh. I hope I'm wrong...

Dolphin: They say that God hates Nebraska in general and the town of Bellevue in particular, and so this child's drowning death was due to a curse placed on the town by God. They then promise more evils and troubles upon Nebraska.

I'm not usually one to condone violence or anything, but personally, I hope the parents of this 2 year old and some of their friends kick the living crap out of any wbc protester that comes to protest.
